What are Criton's integrations?
Criton is contantly working on integrating with other hospitality technology platforms. Criton currently integrates with Property Management Systems including Opera, Guestlines, RMS and Mews; with Door Lock Systems including Assa Abloy and Salto; with loyalty systems such as Inspire Loyalty; with messaging and ticketing platforms such as Benbria Loop and with the food order and pay system Hungrrr.

What packages Criton offers?
Criton offers four packages: Blue, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
What is in the Blue Package?
The Blue Package enables operators to digitise all their guest information and give everything guests need at the fingertips. The package includes:
- Guest services directory
- Direct bookings
- Instant messaging
- Photo gallery
- Contact information
- Social media links
- Amenities and facilities
- Digital menus and brochures
- Links to book your services
- Local points of interest
- Offers and vouchers
- Google map integrated
The package does not include integrations.
What is in the Bronze Package?
The Bronze package includes everything that is in the Blue Package plus location based push notifications to drive more guest engagement and revenue.
What is in the Silver Package?
The Silver Package includes everything that is in the Bronze Package plus PMS integration for a seamless mobile check-in experience.
What is in the Gold Package?
The Gold Package enables hoteliers to offer the ultimate contactless experience, as it includes both PMS integration for seamless mobile check-in as well as an integration with your door lock system enabling your guests to use their own phone to enter their room.
What else can I offer with my app?
Criton integrates with Hungrrr, enabling you to offer a world-class food ordering and payment platform.
Our integration with Benbria Loop enables you to add an omnichannel messaging, ticketing and ordering system. This is a very powerful tool proving you with incredible abilities for engagement as well as precious insights into your guests' needs.
Criton integrates with Inspire Loyalty to enable you to reward your loyal guests and increase direct business.
